The 2021-2022 School Year is just around the corner. It’s time to buy pencils, backpacks, shoes, paper and everything in between. Luckily, there are many community events to help gather school supplies.

July 30 @ 8:00 am - 2:00 pm - FREE SCHOOL PHYSICAL at Parkview Medical Clinic
Parkview Medical Clinic provides primary health care to uninsured and underinsured Polk County Residents. They will be providing FREE back-to-school physicals. No appointment is needed
July 31 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm - Back 2 School Bash at Auburndale Community Center
The Auburndale Community Center teamed up with local businesses and community partners to provide school supplies at no cost for families
July 31 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm - Backpack Outreach at Life Church Online in Auburndale
Life Church Online offers free haircuts, fun activities for the kids, and prayer for the families as backpacks are distributed
July 31 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm Back to School Bash at First Christian Church
Head over for a back-to-school giveaway, The backpacks are filled with school supplies. Supplies are limited, please RSVP by July 28th to 863-258-3287 or email [email protected]
July 31 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm - Back 2 School Bash in Winter Haven
Polk County’s Parks and Recreation host their annual Back to School Bash! This event is free for kids from kindergarten to 5th Grade. There will be music, arts and crafts, vendors, prizes, and free school supplies. 400 backpacks will be given away (first come, first served).
July 31 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm- 2021 Back to School Bash hosted by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office
1,000 kids’ backpacks filled with school supplies will be given out to cars in a drive-through line; first-come, first-served; ONLY VEHICLES WITH KIDS IN THEM WILL BE GIVEN PACKS
July 31 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm - Back to School Bash hosted by Kiwanis Club of Mulberry
Backpacks of school supplies will be given to elementary and middle school-aged children who attend Mulberry schools. Please bring a letter or some other documentation like a report card showing the school attended.
July 31 @ 11:00 am - 3:00 pm - Back to School Drive in Davenport
Enjoy food and fun before school starts. 200 book bags with supplies will be given away. It is first come first serve. Every child needs to be present to receive a book bag.

Back to School Roundup has a lot to offer this year!

August 1 @ 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm - Back to School Giveaway hosted by It’s A Girls’ World Foundation Inc.

Perezidential Family group has joined Our Generation, a children’s boutique, to bring this amazing event full of shopping, food, and fun. We will have school supply giveaway and door prizes.
August 6 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm - Back to School Bonanza hosted by Nick & Moe’s
Nick & Moe’s will be giving away 100 fully packed backpacks. There will be raffles and giveaways and well as a bounce house. There will also be a magician and face painting.
August 7 @ 8:00 am - 1:00 pm - Back to School Kick-Off at Visit Central Florida
Join Visit Central Florida for Back-to-School fun.
- FREE backpacks will be given to the first 400 students (child must be present to receive backpack).
- FREE Bok Tower Gardens admission tickets for the first 400 students.
- Student-friendly giveaways and vendors on-site
August 7 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm - Bartow Back-to-School Event at Bartow Regional Medical Center
Get ready for the school year at Bartow Regional Medical Center’s drive-thru back-to-school event. Free backpacks for the first 500 school-aged students and groceries will be provided by Feeding Tampa Bay. No registration is required.
August 7 @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm - Summer Palooza 2021 hosted by New Beginnings High School
This is a FREE community event. Pre-registration is highly encouraged.
