Edible Gold Cookie Coins | Polk County Moms

Edible Gold Cookie Coins are my favorite craft for 🍀St. Patrick’s Day! They are easy to make and so much fun. Last year we made these using regular oreo cookies. However, it took a lot of spray to cover the dark Oreos. This year we experimented with Golden Oreo cookies as well as Nilla Wafers and the gold spray came out great! This would also work on the mini golden oreos if you don’t want to buy a whole package of Oreo cookies.
