Each year, Keller Williams agents across the nation trade their office time for service time—and this May, the local team at Keller Williams Realty Smart 1 is doing just that by rolling up their sleeves for a good cause.
What Is RED Day?
RED Day (Renew, Energize, Donate) is Keller Williams’ annual day of service, held on the second Thursday in May. It’s more than a corporate event—it’s a heartfelt tradition rooted in the company’s commitment to community and culture. Established in 2009 to honor Keller Williams’ beloved former CEO Mo Anderson, RED Day is a reminder that business and service can go hand in hand.
On this day, tens of thousands of Keller Williams associates pause their real estate work to give back—through neighborhood cleanups, food drives, renovations, and more—making a direct impact in the communities they serve.
RED Day 2025 in Polk County
Right here in Polk County, Keller Williams Realty Smart 1 will be joining the nationwide initiative by lending their time and talents to beautify Denison Middle School in Winter Haven.

⏰ Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
🍽️ Lunch Break: Midday lunch break for all volunteers
The focus of this year’s project? Landscaping and campus beautification. From planting flowers and spreading mulch to creating a more welcoming school environment, their goal is to enhance the daily experience for students and staff alike.
