Recipe

• Pint of Strawberries
• Prosecco
• A bowl
• I/2 cup sugar

Rinse strawberries and place in a bowl. Pour Prosecco over the strawberries making sure the strawberries are fully submerged in the liquid. Refrigerate from 4 hours to overnight. When you are ready to serve them – remove the strawberries from the liquid and dip them in sugar. You can serve these on their own or as a garnish on a drink.
