Have an event we should know about? Please Contact Us
Join the Imperial Polk Astronomical Society & International Dark Sky Association for a fun night under the stars. They will have a presentation on light pollution and its varied effects. Afterward, if the weather permits, they will have the telescopes out for the night’s other show. The moon will be nicely placed for viewing. Mars and Venus will be up as the sun sets. As the night continues, the globular cluster M13 in Hercules and the nebula M57 in Lyra should also make themselves known.
