The cities of Auburndale and Winter Haven are teaming up for the annual Havendale Christmas Parade! πβ¨ The festive route kicks off at Spring Haven Retirement Center (1225 Havendale Blvd. NW) and heads west along Havendale Boulevard, ending at Publix Super Market (606 Havendale Blvd.). Donβt miss this holiday tradition! π πΆ
Make sure to get to your parade watching spot early for the best views of this awesome parade. Once again the Holly Jolly Christmas Party at Henderson Field happens immediately following the parade!
This holiday-themed parade is family friendly and floats will light the way to Lake Eva Park with dance groups, businesses, and local organizations - oh, and Santa will be there too! Parade Route:Β Hinson Ave. from Publix Plaza to 6th Street. Right turn on 6th Street and follow to the Lake Eva Event Center.
Following the parade, attendees get to experience light up displays and the Christmas tree for the month of December. This event allows families and children of all ages to participate in many activities, enjoy a visit with Santa, and play in the snow falling from the sky - an experience not typically available in Florida.
